Baptism of the Unborn

I just learned of this really beautiful prayer, to be said for all unborn children who die before their birth. This is quite new to me; what do you think?

Say:
But the Counsel of the Lord stands forever, the thoughts of His Heart for all generations; to deliver their souls from death, and feed them in famine.
(Ps. 32: 11-19)

Say:
The Apostle's Creed

Say:
All of you who were born dead and are still to be born dead, by day and at night; all of you who were killed in the womb of your mother, and are still to be killed; so that all of you will be given eternal life, by Our Lord Jesus Christ, I baptize you, (name) in the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost. I have called you by your name, you are mine! (Is 43:1)
Sing to the Lord a new song, because He has done wonderful things (Ps 97:1). The mercies of the Lord I will sing forever. (Ps 88:1). Alleluia! Alleluia! Alleluia! O Love! O Greatest Love! O Infinite Love of God! Alleluia! Alleluia! Alleluia!
